Injuring this character: Definitely! He's shonen as fuck tho and will probably try to punch back, and horrid mutilation is a no without contacting me first.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: If he becomes aware of it, he's probably going to bug you about how you do it and think that it's awesome that you can do it and eventually you might hear a stern lady asking what the flying fuck you're doing in his head, but I don't have a problem with it.
Kink list: Not watersports? And the character himself has a serious mega super preference for girls? And outside of that I don't really know anything that's really a big deal or not. Derpy himself has a thing for swimsuits, though, if that counts.
